A tipster pointed us in the direction of an interesting and entertaining way to liven up your fitness routine — and maybe even provide a whole new wrinkle to passing the time at the Combat Oupost when the Taliban has taken a siesta.
Called FitDeck, the intriguing new product provides exercise junkies with a graphic representation of a host of arm pumping, chest tweaking and stomach crunching workouts all packaged in a tidy pack of cards than can fit easily in any trooper’s kit bag.
The company has a range of workout card packs from “Pilates” to “Junior” and “Senior” to “Yoga.” What might interest the folks in the fight is FitDeck’s “Body Weight” package, which features all kinds of Navy SEAL-esque tortures…
FitDeck Bodyweight is our original and most popular deck of Exercise Playing Cards. It contains illustrations & instructions describing 50 upper, middle, lower, and full body exercises.
As the name suggests, these are bodyweight-only exercises – and do no require any equipment. FitDeck Bodyweight provides a great foundation for any FitDeck collection.
They always say it’s a good idea to randomize your workouts, so maybe this little piece of kit will help keep the spare tire from cropping up after months of FOB food.

Military.com worked out a coupon with FitDeck a while back. It would be great to set that up again. I need some booster packs!
Any chance we can arrange a Hot Girls of the Military or Sports Illustrated bikini edition FitDeck to send out to the troops? NC-17 or above type images preferred.
Personalized FitDecks where I get my GF or my buddies GF (or random girls) to do exercise poses with nothing but volleyball shorts on. Please pitch this to FitDeck.
Bent back = bad

Can anyone here comment on the facts presented here?
Hey Christiam. Check out the TRX and/or Crossfit wensites. As a Sports Medicine professional/ AF Reservist (beyond all the AF jokes there are a good number of us who take fitness seriously) these are the real deals. Drop me or them a line if you have any questions!
A iphone app of this pack would be ideal
While the fit deck is awesome, there isn't a unit that doesn't have a standard deck of cards lying around. At our CrossFit box We have a workout called (appropriately) "The Deck of Cards" The movements vary depending on the programming, but here are some examples:
Diamonds = Knees to elbows
Hearts = Burpees
Clubs = Double Unders
Spades = Jumping Squats
Joker = 800m
Spades – DB Thrusters
Clubs – Jumping Squats
Hearts – Pushups
Diamonds – Hanging knees to elbows
Jokers=10 Burpees
Diamonds = Push ups
Spades = Pull ups
Hearts = Burpees
Clubs = Sit ups
Jokers = Row 1000m
Turn over a card and perform that # of repetitions of the exercise for that suit. Continue turning cards, with no rest between exercises, until you are through the deck. Face cards are worth 10 and Aces can be worth 1 or 11 (We like to pick 11). I've also seen it done where face cards are worth increasing values (Jacks- 11, Queens – 12, Kings – 13, Aces – 14).
I hate and I reply hate doing these exercises. My recruiters were insane when we did em because before we were even done we got were told to do the next set.
this sounds like P90x to me. The p90x cardio video has a section where you are hopping in between big tires. This is what that reminds me of. I feel like these exercise videos are working well because they are exerting muscles that are not use to being exerted and utilized. Also, I feel like they are just like having a personal trainer I feel.
