IMINT: Is This Evidence of an Invisibility Cloak?

This might be a bit old but I've never seen it before and wanted to get the experts from Kit Up! to weigh in on whether it's for real.

No matter what happens tomorrow or down the road with the Army's new camo search, the absolute gold standard of concealment is a Predator-style invisibility cloak that refracts the visuals of the surrounding environment making the wearer essentially become his surroundings -- even as he moves.

Talking to Tim O'Neil during the Gore blogger's summit, he mentioned that the best possible camo is the "Predator" model, but that the technology still isn't there (power, flexibility, weight) for its application in combat.

Really?...

This video could be a total hoax, but man it sure looks convincing.
