Forget the white light. Stalk around your pitch-black basement or hide in your darkened bushes with American Technologies Network Corp's Cougar night vision goggles.

This slick little system is being marketed for civilian use and could be handy for home defense, camping or spying on your neighbors.

Powered by two high-quality 1st. Gen+ Light Intensifier Tubes and using fast precision optics, the ATN Night Cougar Night Vision Goggles has one of the clearest and brightest images available in a 1st Gen. Goggle Systems. Combine all of the above with a built-in Infrared Illuminator that lets you see in total darkness and you will be on your way to exploring even the darkest of places.

The Cougar weighs 1.21 pounds and will run for 30 hours on a single CR123A battery. It can be used like a pair of binoculars or worn on a special, flip-up headmount. The Cougar retails for $559.
Geared toward the civilian market this true hands-free goggle system gives that weekend warrior in your life the fun that s/he craves without spending a fortune, with all the features that you come to expect from ATN. High quality optics combined with the best Image Intensifier Tubes all at a great price is what we are known for.

Personally, I'd rather have a good SureFire. But who knows -- NVGs may one day show up on my boys' Christmas lists.
