This is a cool video that showcases Spetsnaz selection. It's in Russian, but who cares, you get the picture. The fight scenes are cool, and I think the dudes padded up are fighting the instructors...and getting their a** handed to them. I think more US selection courses should pound it in like this.
I'd be on those dudes for muzzle discipline when they're running with those guns...sweeping everyone. Brings back my Hell Week instructor days....oh, the memories!
Hard dudes though, funny how the look on their faces is a mirror image of misery in all things selection....Enjoy. -Brandon
