Fobus has New Holsters for Glock Subcompacts

First Samco, Inc., the distributor of Fobus Holsters & Pouches, just unveiled its latest Fobus offering: the GL-26 Evolution polymer holster for the subcompact line of Glock models 26, 27, 28 and 33.

“The Fobus Evolution Series holsters offer passive retention with an adjustment screw for customized retention based upon the user’s personal preference, ensuring that the user’s pistol stays firmly in place,” according to a recent press release.

“Steel reinforced rivets secure the holster to your attachment of choice and further strengthen the overall integrity of the holster, ensuring years of reliable and trouble free use.”

It is available in paddle, belt and roto styles for both right and left-handed users. The proprietary rubber insert on the back of the paddle was designed to keep the holster from moving on the user while at the same time adding to the overall comfort of the holster, according to the release.

They come in black and retail for $37.99.

I carry my G26 in a Bianchi avenger style holster and love it. I have a Fobus paddle style holster for the G19 and personally find the paddle very uncomfortable in a hot humid climate. The paddle also does not feel that stable. Just my own opinion.
